Most of our bookings are within 3–5 working days. If your boiler has broken down and you need it urgent, give us a WhatsApp and we'll do our best to get to you sooner. We confirm your exact date when we call back after you get your price.
Yes. The fixed price covers the boiler, flue, fitting, system flush, inhibitor, Hive smart thermostat, magnetic filter (Premium and Elite), old boiler removal, Gas Safe registration certificate, and a full handover. The only things not included in the fixed price are boiler relocations, extra-long flue runs, power flushes, or additional works that we can't assess without seeing the property — and we'll always quote these separately before starting.
For a 2–3 bedroom home the Baxi 630 Essential is excellent value. For a 3–4 bedroom home with multiple bathrooms, the Ideal Logic+ Premium is our most popular choice and comes with a 10-year warranty. The Ideal Vogue Max Elite is our quietest, most efficient boiler — ideal for larger homes or anyone wanting the very best. Not sure? Drop us a message and we'll advise based on your home.
Yes — 0% APR finance is available, subject to eligibility. Ask us when you book and we'll run through the options. Many customers spread the cost over 12–24 months at 0% interest. No pressure and no hard sell.
Absolutely — every Toastd engineer holds a valid Gas Safe registration. We'll send you the engineer's Gas Safe ID before they arrive so you can verify it yourself on the Gas Safe Register website. Your Gas Safe installation certificate is handed to you the same day the boiler is fitted.
